How do I add an application/software program to my desktop environment?

You will need the following information:

Application Name

Version Number

Number of Users

Once you have this information you will need to:

  1. Create Case
  2. Select Category - Application Request
  3. Add information in the case
  4. Submit Send Request

Note: Requests for applications are reviewed by team to determine if this is a standard product that will be used for all users. If the product is to only be used by your company a fee will be charged for adding the application.
